Q: QuestionI connect my LG phoenix 3 (android ver 7) to health club's wifi for tv voice thru app appaudio. The audio stops every 5 to 10 minutes. I pause the app then hit play and is OK for another 5 to 10 min.. Other phones don't have this problem. Any solution?

• A:Answer This sounds like it would be an issue with the WiFi not being fast enough and it is causing your phone to buffer. This would be an issue with their WiFi, not with your phone. ^CP

• A:Answer You should be able to. Just use the data features where you can connect to WiFi networks. Of course, without mobile data you will not be able to connect everywhere. I originally used this on a At&T plan without data and it made calls just fine. Data was through my home WiFi network.

• A:Answer I also found out the hard way these phones don't do USB OTG transfers. Most phones do, but not this one. USB only charges the phone. No converter, no software, no app, will make our phones be able to transfer files or photos via the usb or any cord. You have to go with Bluetooth or using Google Drive or email them to yourself-- very laborious.

• A:Answer No. I've tried the USB technology (also called USB OTG) and this phone does not carry the capability to do the USB transfers unfortunately -- after I bought the gadgets already I discovered there are phones that do and phones that don't. This one does not. Neither does the AT*T axia, for what it's worth. The only way to do it and I know you weren't looking for this solution would be to use your Google account if you had one and load them on your computer to Google drive, then download them from your phone to Google photos.

• A:Answer Yes, you can transfer another sim card and it'll work. If the sim card in your present phone doesn't fit, you can go to an AT&T store and they'll install the correct one and activate it to your phone number for a small fee. Think they charged me $5.
