I bought this LG Phoenix 3 eight days ago. It operates good. Easy to use. The phone is cheap and compatible with AT&T network, Cricket network and H20 network. The screen is big enough for reading and going on the internet.

So my iPhone was accidentally put in my washing machine by my sister. So I needed a phone quickly since I have no insurance on my iphone and Lifeproof case was on my iphone - This is the second time my Lifeproof case did not live up to it's name. Complaint for another day, stay away from Lifeproof. This phone screen is pretty large, clear and bright. The volume is loud and my son loves to watch Youtube videos on my new phone. The camera takes great pictures actually. One cool feature is the power button is on the back of the phone, not on the side panels like most phones. Its a learning curve because I find iPhone much more user friendly. Texting on this LG is annoying at times, thats were one less star comes in. It's not simple to text and there is always a typo and you have to click on each incorrect word to fix. Whereas iPhone auto corrects. Maybe there is a setting for that on my Android. I have always been an android user and my first iPhone was the 5s. So I am very familiar with Androids. This one is by far the best I have ever had. Being that its a prepaid phone, I simply put my nano Sim in the phone and was good to go! The best case hand down is the Outter Box Achiever Series! It gives full protection. I have already dropped my phone 3 times within the first week after my purchase. No scratches or dents. The price is $79, but I got it on sale for $49. Best price I have ever paid for a phone. Overall, you cant go wrong and its worth having.

I purchased about 4 of these LG phones because of the price, screen size, and features. I took them out to the Lake with the kids, sort of as a 'throw-away' phone. We left our main devices at the home. Anyway, easy to connect, and get running we were recording videos, taking picutres, and being careless with them, yet the phone handled the abuse. They dropped a few times, over the weekend we were out, but they held up. Now they're in the drawer for next time. We use AT&T, but our main devices are iPhones, in case you're wondering how that works; Pop out your sim card from the iPhone, get SIM-card adapters off the internet, fit them in the LG Phoenix and you're in business. We had the same great connectivity and signal we would have with our iPhones.

I have had 2 smartphones before this one: LG ..not sure of the model but it was my first about 5 years ago and still going stong. My partner uses it. The other was a windows phone which worked great but so lacking in apps. Now this one. I went back to LG due to how long my first one being an LG is stil working. I'm deaf so don't need a lot of bell's and whistles. Just mainly text, look up stuff on the internet, shopping/eating apps and maps for driving. Data plan I have through AT&T works perfectly for me as I just pay $1 for data as needed. Hence, why I went with another AT&T based phone :) When using at home on wifi it's fast. Using the cell service is a very small lag. I have not gone into dead zones to see how well it works. My windows phone was great for that so hoping this one is too. So far I am very happy with it as it does what I want it to and the price is amazing. Would be good for backup phones definately at this price. Cannot attest to longevitiy. Love the big screeen and due to being an avid cook have a utensil crock with a holder this works great in it. So far the button being in the back has caused no problems in fact like it much better. As I don't accidently turn it off when placed in the phone holder in my car :) I can just reach behind it to turn it off and on as needed when it is in it. Also Best Buy was great at refunding me the price difference when it went on sale shortly after buying it.

Fantastic phone for the money - I paid less than $50 - and no recurring payments to "lease it"! I have had very good luck with LG phones. You get real understated quality without paying hundreds. Easy phone to set up. Did go to AT&T customer service center to get SIM set to my phone number. I used AT&T Transfer App myself to move contacts and photos. Settings are very easy to do and I love how you can set the font larger and bolder. You can set up your apps in any order using their grid system. Pictures are photographer quality and the sound is very good. I just wish the charger was black to match the phone and not white - I plan to use my previous one which is black and keep this one for travel.

I have never owned a fancy iPhone and don't care to. This phone is great and very easy to maneuver around in. They last a long time. Have purchased more than one when I have dropped and broken one. A case is necessary. Hope they never stop making them.

The AT&T prepaid LG Phoenix 3 4G LTE with 16GB memory is just what I want in my phone. It is a nice size for seeing what is on the screen & very easy to push the buttons & use. The memory is awesome.

It is a pretty powerful phone. Its very lightweight. The camera quality isn't best but its not terrible. It's clear enough. prefer to spend time researching before making purchases, so I picked up this cheapo phone as a temporary solution. I figured I'd pass it down to one of my kids. I am shocked by how good this phone is! The display is so much better and so it the qwerty keyboard. So much easier to see, and much easier on arthritic hands. Still getting used to it but really do like it and many of the options that are on it especially call block.I will definitely recommend this phone if you don't want to spend lot of money on smartphone.

This phone was purchased for somebody that has never had a phone that can access wi-fi or send MMS texts. She loves the phone and can share pictures of events and be included in group messages with her family on events. She was really excited about getting pictures of her grandson and being able to share in conversations with her brothers and sisters. Phone was a great price, works and simplistic in use. I would recommend it to people that want a low price phone that has some of the same capabilities as the high price big name phones.

I'm a mom of 4 boys, 3 of which are under age 7. Last year, we bought them all tablets and filled them with learning games, etc.. the tablets didn't even make it a week (they didn't have fancy cases, just a screen protector and thin plastic outer case) one was sat on, one was tossed gently and shattered, the other fell off the table and the screen was toast. That was about $200 of broken plastic and glass. Fun. SO, this year, instead of tablets, we decided to get them "cheap" phones, that way if they broke we wouldn't be losing out on so much and they would be easy to replace. We even bought one for our 2 year old. Now.. keep in mind, I still didn't buy cases. I cant even find one actually. So they are just carrying around these vulnerable phones.. My 2 year old is a destructive beast. Seriously. And this phone is surprisingly up for the challenge. He has literally thrown it more times than I can count, had stomped on it during a fit, smacked his brother in the head with it one day, has stuffed it under the couch cushion where it was sat on multiple times.. and that's only what I'm aware of. The plastic is banged up a bit, but this beastly little screen trooper doesn't have a scratch on it! The speaker works great, even after being packed full of play dough, and even with about 56 random baby games installed the speed is almost on par with my note9. I'm actually a little bummed I didn't get one for myself, but I will def be getting more of these if my kids decide to feed the toilet or something with their current ones.

This is my first LG phone. I've always purchased another type of Andriod phone in the past. This time, I decided to try the LG3. First, I found it to be incredibly inexpensive, compared to others in its class. Second, I was impressed with the 16GB internal storage it came with. There is one aspect I do not like; whenever I'm on a call, 8 times out of 10 I hang up on the person in the middle of our conversation because the disconnect ("hang up") is on the back of the phone. The way I'm used to holding a cell, my index finger sits right on that button and I accidentally press it all the time. It's possible that if I read through the manual or did some playing around with the settings, I may be able to change this feature. This aspect was the ONLY reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I actually went back and forth debating whether this issue was enough to reduce my review from Excellent to Good. However, if you are used to the disconnect call button on the back of your cell, then this is by far one of the BEST cell phones EVER! I wish I could've rated this phone a 4.75 or at least a 4.5.

There is nothing about this pre-paid phone that is exciting, but also nothing terrible. It isn't terribly fast, but it has what it needs to be a good basic phone. I didn't keep it as my daily use phone, but it works great for my kids. If you just need something besic... the price is right on this one.
