the phone is thin and lightweight. easy to operate. works for me. I don't need all the features of the expensive smartphone.

I had to buy this phone to put my sim card in while my iPhone was getting repaired. For the price, its a pretty good phone. Not very user friendly and kind of slow, but also appreciated the fact I only had to pay 50$. Basic phone functions such as calling and texting worked just fine. Would recommend as a backup or for a kids first phone.

I broke my phone and needed a quick replacement until I fixed my phone. This is definitely a great value & the phone was actually pretty descent.

I bought this LG prepaid cell phone from Best Buy for a great price. I was able to easily transfer my contacts, my phone number and my $ credit to the new phone. I am still learning to use it, but the directions are easy to use. Am Very pleased and would recommend this phone to others.

Great starter phone! Does what I need; nice pics, Apple music, and the Google play store. The memory is expandable too! I would recommend for a starter phone.

Bought this phone for my husband who is just learning how to use a smart phone. Works perfect, the camera is pretty good and the battery last a long time.

Upgraded from previous Phoenix 2 to the 3. Camera is about the same on the 3. The 3 is slightly faster than the 2. I like the volume buttons on the side upgrade. Reception is descent. Speakers are not the best, sounds a little distorted and static. The 2 had better speakers. Battery life is better on the 3. Overall, a good phone.

Phone is fine for the price. I swapped out the SIM card and it fired right up; EXCEPT a hour later it was turned off. Much time was spent talking to AT&Ts Call Center people in Asia trying to prove the phone was not stolen. Turns out, Best Buy did not do whatever scan they have to do before shipping. Call Center even said upfront, "Do you get this from Best Buy?" Apparently this is a common problem.
