Definitively, yes. The products have been discontinued but you can get them fairly inexpensively on amazon. I personally have 2 H5 speakers paired with it and it sounds great!

You can add rear speakers.

I believe so but I would email LG support just to be sure. They are quick to respond within 48 hours. I asked if they had wall mount rear speakers that would be compatible with this so that I could add and they do not at this time but are looking at that option..
