“I have a Samsung smart TV, the "modem/router" about 20 feet away from TV no walls in between. I'm having trouble with Netflix, Amazon prime, fandango, etc. But not regular cable TV. Will this wifi extender solve the problem? Internet provider nothelpful.”

• The "smart" functions of your Samsung work through the WiFi typically. The cable system typically works through a Cat5 or coax cable from the box to the TV. If the smart functions are already not working correctly I would start with your WiFi router since it's only 20 ft from your TV. The extender will not do anything positive for your system if the wifi router is that close.
