Hi. Theoretically, you can. But it is not recommended since they will interfere with each other and limit the bandwidth.

It's recommended that the main router is placed in the middle and each extender on the opposite side of the main router. So extender on one side, your main router/modem in the middle, and the other extender on the other side.
