The 1900 will have more throughput. Be aware that the number at the start of the nomenclature of a product tends to be the advertised speed. Just because some is more expensive doesn't mean it's better. Also check the features it has. If say the better range and throughput are the better option. Just make sure to check the featureset and do some research before you buy.

No issues so far with speed ( only wife and I have been using it no parties yet) no issue. It did exactly what I needed it for and that was to extend my signal onto my deck and into my backyard and it does so flawlessly at this time.
