You can set a schedule for each of the 3 WiFi bands but not sure about by connection. Recommend you download the manual from Linksys to get more info. You can also do a online chat or email them regarding your requirements.

Hi! Our Smart Wi-Fi routers, including this router, have the Parental Controls feature. You can block Internet access during specific hours/days and block Internet access through specific websites.

There is also the MAC Filtering feature. You can deny or allow access to network for your listed MAC addresses.
