      It is possible that the firmware of your EA8300 might have been corrupted which is causing your internet connection to behave intermittently. Please share with us your ticket number at LinksysCares@linksys.com so we can review your case and endorse it to our Escalation Engineers for a fix. Indicate the link to this post for reference.

      It is unsual that same thing happened with the replacement EA8300 router and we'll definitely look into this.
