I believe the wireless speed cap is in aggregate and not necessarily what each device will achieve.

Wired speed its limited up to 1000 Mbps since this is has Gb ports. Wifi speed is actually split among the 3 bands. 2.4GHZ, 5GHz and "5.2GHz". On the 2.4GHz, it is up to 1147 Mbps, 5GHz up to 2402 Mbps and "5.2GHz" up to 1733 Mbps.
