No. The Lively device is setup to only call their Emergency Response Center. Note, if you use their phone app, you can set the phone app up to notify you with a notification that your loved one has called Urgent Response. That may be what you are looking for here. I had a little problem getting the notifications to work properly, but once setup, they seemed to be reliable.
