A:AnswerHey Jar Jar,
Near as I can tell the only way to adjust that is to spread the arch bar as wide as you can and wear it that way, otherwise it just keeps the pressure up, if its still too tight at that point... maybe try pulling them in opposite directions for a while to "break them in" but not so hard you break the headphones, obviously, I have noticed the same issues with pressure around my ears, and have taken to wearing them in shorter bursts which actually helps remind me to step away from my computer from time to time.
I hope this is a help because wearing them constantly is probably not a good thing either way, but I know the desire to do so.
A:AnswerHello. The G935 headset will not work wirelessly on the new Xbox. It has a 3.5mm cable that will be able to be plugged in to the controller to use with the XBox. If you want to get your boyfriend a nice, wireless headset for the new Xbox, I suggest getting him the Astro A20 or A50.
A:AnswerIf using on PC try resetting the Logitech software to factory settings, unplug dongle and restart computer. Plug dongle in and see if it is fixed. If not, unplug dongle, uninstall Logitech software and reboot. Re-install Logitech software, plug in dongle and check again.
If not using on PC Please elaborate further by describing how it sounds and when it happens? how are you using the headphones (wired or wireless) and what platform (Playstation, Xbox etc)?
A:Answeryes but it is terrible. the LEDs are so cheap you can audibly hear them, and if youre not a psycho full volume gamer who's already half deaf it'll wear you out and give you headaches quickly. conveniently, nothing in GHubs software is a hard OFF mode for the lights that actually works and stays persistent; muted the mic? sucks to suck, heres some ugly green light that appears to never turn off on a timer like it should. Battery low? Get ready for that awful dogwhistle sound again! Restarted your computer? Get ready to open up GHub and figure out what settings to check and then uncheck to eventually turn the stupidass rgb lights off again. What am I 14 years old? Do we really need to put glowy rainbows on EVERY SINGLE COMPUTER ACCESSORY. Aren't you glad you spent almost 200 dollars on a terrible headset made of terrible quality parts?
one benefit: it doesnt sound like its going to snap in half whenever you put it on like my G633 did. Great job Logi! You almost made a good affordable headset. oh, also battery life is great, but that doesn't matter since you'll feel like ripping it off your head in 15 minutes if you can hear the lights whine.
I know I sound like I'm super butthurt about this, and really this is a nonissue if you dont have sensitive ears and dont really give a crap about clarity. luckily I got this Logi product as a gift. I hated the g633 and its Walmart 10 dollar headset level of build quality, and had I actually paid for this one as well I'd be livid LOL.
Look up reviews from Crinacle or something. dont buy this thing. get yourself something that can play music half decently and doesnt cost nearly as much. These gaming headsets cater to a particular audience, and it seems this audience cares more about having ricer civic looking underglow on everything than actually having functional peripherals.
