If using on PC try resetting the Logitech software to factory settings, unplug dongle and restart computer. Plug dongle in and see if it is fixed. If not, unplug dongle, uninstall Logitech software and reboot. Re-install Logitech software, plug in dongle and check again. If not using on PC Please elaborate further by describing how it sounds and when it happens? how are you using the headphones (wired or wireless) and what platform (Playstation, Xbox etc)?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.(For PC) If you can hear your voice you can cut that off in the G HUB (go to ACOUSTICS and it will be Called SIDETONE ) Put that all the way down.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You most likely have the surround sound feature on, its what produces the directional echo. Its easy to turn off, just download the Logitech software associated with the headset and simply uncheck the surround sound feature.
