A:AnswerI do not have that model of receiver, but I do have a Sony receiver. It works fabulously with it. I would highly recommend trying it. Be sure to buy from a dealer who will let you return it if it does not work with your system.
A:AnswerI would contact Logitech to ask them. They'll need the model# of your Jensen TV. Logitech has always been very responsive whenever I've called them. You may have to wait on hold for a little while depending on what time of day you call them.

If there is a button on your remote that will do that - then just tell the software which button on your remote you want to use.
If not, then still yes - you will have to program a sequence and assign that to a button on the LCD screen.
