• Sure - just make sure you have the correct model number. The programming database has like 15,000 devices in it.. have used it to control Vizio TVs.

• Yes it will. I have a Vizio smart TV and it works just fine with it. The on line set up of the remote will ask you for model numbers of your devices to program them in. Was quite a simple set up.
