• I do not have that model of receiver, but I do have a Sony receiver. It works fabulously with it. I would highly recommend trying it. Be sure to buy from a dealer who will let you return it if it does not work with your system.

• Yes it will. You will have to program it in on the computer. Go to myharmony.com. YOu can add your tv too.
