A:AnswerMy 650 lasted about 5 years with daily use. I replaced it with another 650 because the down arrow button did finally quit responding to all but the strongest touch. I figure it cost me about $8 per year when I bought it’s replacement and that is not a bad price considering nothing lasts forever.

A:AnswerBased on the fact that you already have the same model remote setup you should be able to log into my Harmony and transfer the settings to the new remote. You may have to still turn off remote assist and things like that but all of your accessories components and activities should transfer to the new remote with no issue
A:AnswerI use the remote to control all of my components (able company DVR, LG TV, Hitachi DVD player, and Denon AV Surround Receiver). I don't even put batteries in the other remotes. Can control everything I need to do with jus this remote.
A:AnswerIt was super easy to lookup the ZVOX device on the PC from where I did the setup. All the ZVOX models were listed for selection during initial setup and programming.
A:AnswerYou need a remote that transmits an RF signal. a 650 uses infrared so it would never work through floors. Even with an RF remote, though, sometimes walls and floors have tradework, or just lots of framing that can dampen response.
A:AnswerYou might be able to download the Harmony tool you use to set up the device and it has when you set up activities where you can enter model numbers of equipment to load to the device. If your model numbers are in there they would most likely work.
