“Does this unit use a touch type soft material under the buttons that can wear out after many uses?”

• My 650 lasted about 5 years with daily use. I replaced it with another 650 because the down arrow button did finally quit responding to all but the strongest touch. I figure it cost me about $8 per year when I bought it’s replacement and that is not a bad price considering nothing lasts forever.
