I was able to set up my remote to learn my apple TV, you just program one of the buttons to be the "on" button for it. I have a Insignia Ruku Smart TV and a LG sound bar that it works great with. I believe this remote works with a lot of products (according to our Bestbuy guy). Plus, its super easy to set up; you just plug in all the model numbers & serial numbers for each device into a website and it programs it for you.

All you need to do is program the remote to the product. The website is easy to use and downloads everything to the remote. Swoon what you are doing it will change the input to the correct channel with a touch of a button.

I think so, although I don't know whether your speakers need a remote control. See my review for this device. My setup is similar to yours.

It combined my Samsung Tv, speakers, DVD, Tuner. I would ask your service person at Best Buy. They know the answers. I can only tell you what it did for me.
