- Answer I bought this remote on the hopes it would do everything, like control netflix and all my tv apps as well as all my tv equipment. I'm blown away with this product, it exceeded my expectations. I will say I had to call harmony support, who was amazing, after walking me through a few steps to teach the remote specific functions for my tv, it works better than the more expensive model.

- Answer I have fire stick and had to get a Flirc unit and a small cable since all of my hardware is in a different room from the TV. The fire stick is Bluetooth and this remote will not control it. If you buy the remote with the hub it will work but it's a lot more money. Had I known the remote with hub would control everything I could have saved a lot of time and effort. I ran a cable for a IR receiver which allows you to remote control devices in a different room because my wife didn't want the electronics in our living room. The hub will also control smart home devices.

QuestionWe currently have a Logitech 650 and it functions perfectly with one MAJOR exception, which I hope the 665 model addresses. Our remote must be aimed at the exact correct point for it to function. Does the 665 model fix this problem?

- Answer Yes, this model does fix this issue. I’ve been able to turn on all of my devices without having to hold the remote exactly pointed toward my entertainment center.

- Answer I can't guarantee it, but it works with a whole lot of devices. I've got some devices that are over 15yrs old that it has in it's library and controls as expected. So I would think it would be a safe bet that it would control a Samsung DVD player. It controls my Samsung TVs just fine.

- Answer It won't The Roku Streaming stick uses a Radio Frequency vs Infra Red remote. You can program a custom watch Roku to turn on the TV and set the input but you will have the use the Roku remote for the Roku

- Answer It won't work with the PS4 without a special hub adapter(the harmony uses IR, PS4 uses Bluetooth). It should work fine with the Xbox One(Xbox one supports IR).

I couldn't find the models #MDR-537 or MDR-865, but I did find the MDR537H and MDRDR537H/F7, as well as the models MDR865H and MDR865H/F7, so if it's one of those, you're good to go! - Answer No - it is a IR type remote and needs to "see" the components it is controlling. I believe you may want to look for RF type remotes.
