• It won't work with the PS4 without a special hub adapter(the harmony uses IR, PS4 uses Bluetooth). It should work fine with the Xbox One(Xbox one supports IR).

• Yes, it will work with Xbox One S without a problem as Xbox has an infrared port. I don't have a Playstation, but I understand that it does not have the same capability.

• It will only change the input on your tv. It will not work with the PS4 or Xbox.

• Hello to answer this question. Sony won't allow it any 3rd party remote manufacturer to do that. I did get it to turn on Xbox One X, DVR, & TV to watch TV through One Guide. It will work with watch tv activity for Xbox One X.
