• I bought this remote on the hopes it would do everything, like control netflix and all my tv apps as well as all my tv equipment. I'm blown away with this product, it exceeded my expectations. I will say I had to call harmony support, who was amazing, after walking me through a few steps to teach the remote specific functions for my tv, it works better than the more expensive model.

• Yes but it is cumbersome. If you have a Harmony for example, you will have to have an activity for watching tv from your cable or satellite box and another activity for the apps. This is because you can’t change the direction and OK button functions without changing an activity.

• Yes! I have a Samsung smart TV, and it shifts from one system to the other, but you have to program it yourself, you’ll need your devices exact model number and manufacturer’s name. It’ll run apps, any streaming device or service, DVD, sound bar, entertainment center, etc. it comes with a link to the website which has thousands of manufacturers codes.
