• It won't The Roku Streaming stick uses a Radio Frequency vs Infra Red remote. You can program a custom watch Roku to turn on the TV and set the input but you will have the use the Roku remote for the Roku

• According to Logitech since the Roku streaming stick doesn't have IR capabilities it requires a Harmony Hub for control. Hope this helps!!
