Yes, Logitech remotes have a huge database of devices, so you just tell the setup software what type of TV, Receiver, cable box, etc you have and it programs the remote to control your receiver when you press the volume button and your cable box when you press the channel buttons. It works great!

Here is a link to the website where you can enter the device manufacturer and model number... https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/compatibility The remote will also "learn" codes from the devices working remote if you still have it.
