• Get the model numbers, NOT serial numbers, from the gadgets in question. Plug the remote to a USB slot on your computer, allow the program to load, enter the numbers next to the item in question, like the model number to the SAMSUNG, and the remote should report the device as registered. Theoretically, things should work at that point. If not, inquire with GEEK Squad for further assisstance. Hope this helps.
