• Your questions is formulated in an incorrect way. Roku and Fire TV are two different systems. Roku has Streaming Sticks that will not work with the IR signals from the Harmony 665. There are Roku devices that can be controlled with IR signals that will work with this remote. Same goes for the Fire TV Stick. Regarding the Samsung TV, yes it will work as it uses IR signals.
