This is infrared only. If the LG can be controlled via infrared, then yes. I have a Samsung with RF remote, but it also receives infrared signals, so it works. I'm pretty sure most TVs accept infrared for this exact reason. I added an LG OLED TV to my remote and it came up in the database, so I'd bet it does work. 

Just check to see if the set accepts infrared controls too.
