Hello cath! What I would suggest you to do is try raising the volume or muting your TV sound instead of your Sound bar, and vice versa, or the sound of any other device you have connected with your Harmony 665 10-Device Universal Remote, that way if you're unable to control the sound on any of the devices, it might be the remote that has an issue, and not the TV/Sound bar in example. If it is indeed the Remote that's not working properly, I would suggest trying to re-do the setup of your Harmony Remote with your device.
