I don't see any Manufacturer with the Hotwire name on the device compatibility webpage https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/compatibility, but if you're talking about the Tekin Hotwire Module for RC Cars, it is not compatible no. You can check the compatibility for all your devices using the link above.
