change the batteries with good batteries such as Duracell. Do not use rechargeable batteries. Try cleaning the front of the remote where the signal is emitted. Does your equipment sit behind smoky glass? Might have to open the door.

Please try again later.1) Suggest new batteries. 2) It takes a few seconds for the harmony to execute all the infrared commands to turn everything on, so keep it pointed at your setup for a bit. 3) make sure each device's ir receiver is unblocked. 4) use the HELP function to train the remote and ensure it sends the correct ir signal.
