“Why doesn't all the numbers for the channel come up when choosing a channel.? It just goes back to another channel, such as, You choose 232 & it goes to 22? This is just a few years old & my old one lasted 15years. We changed the batteries.”

I'm not sure if it's just the number 3 that's not working on the remote, or if a lot of buttons aren't responding (if it's just number 3 and everything else is working, the button itself may be damaged or defective unfortunately), but if a lot of buttons aren't working, IR remotes such as the 665 can be rebooted by removing and replacing the batteries. If that didn't solve the issue, I'd recommend syncing your remote using the Harmony app as this will restore a possible corrupt firmware or configuration.
