I did not , I was able to transfer settings from my model 1100 to my new 950 . You will have to setup a new account for your new device and when you do that one of the questions you will be asked is about transferring old settings.

Please try again later.If your current Harmony was programmed in the Harmony website with all your devices already programmed in your present one, then all you need to do is go to the website and register your new Harmony and you will be prompted to upload that data into your new Harmony. If your Harmony is ancient, like our old one was, then I had to manually list the devices I wanted to program into the new Harmony. The website has easy to follow instructions. Not hard at all
