When you are on the activities screen you swipe right once. There are 4 option to control if you keep swiping

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you click on "watch tv", a number screen should appear. Make sure your remote is set on "activities" and not "devices". Make sure you have line of site to cable box. Hope this helps.
