“My 950 has started jumping screens and/or channels in the Guide settling. I have tried resetting, restarting it, but to no avail. Is it possible to transfer the equipment settings from one 950 to another without getting the problem transfered?”

I would call the Geek Squad. They set mine up and they are very good at what they do. They will tell you if you need a new one.
