“I cannot the picture on my tv screen. There is sound and I can change the channels but I cannot see anything. The tv is not even a year old, so I don't think it is the tv. What can I press to get the picture back?”

• Recheck you setup on the remote and make sure that the INPUT is correct for your TV.
