• it does work with rf signals and has about a thousand products so I believe it would.

• Yes, I have used Harmony Devices for many years and models and Comcast equipment has always been compatible. I do not currently have cable, but you can ask the question of Harmony Support before you purchase to confirm. Very helpful and responsive.
