Hello MJW. You can use 2 Elite systems independently. You can only pair one remote with each hub, but they should not interfere with each other.

If you have the same type of device on both systems such as Roku boxes you need to make sure you put the right IP on the system you want it to control since the hub will scan your network for available devices and both boxes will show up.
