If you go myharmony.com and select the "compatibly" button you can enter the make and model of any device and it will tell you if it's in the database. But speaking from personal experience (I was a home theater installer in a past life), there hasn't been many home theater type products that I've ran into that Harmonys won't control.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Harmony can be taught any command with original remote.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Call Logitech customer support and they will let you know if the Optima is in their database it probably is I just haven't tried one also if you have a remote control for the Optoma projector you can teach the Harmony remote all its functions by pointing the units at one another to learn the functions it's a bit of a pain but it will work and that is only if Logitech doesn't already have the Optima in its database it probably does check with them
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You must check Harmony's database of products to see if your unit can be controlled. Even if your unit is not within their database it Harmony can learn the commands provided you have the original remote control.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This will work with your projector.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's a 50/50 shot - I tried the Harmomy with my Epson Powerlite Projector and even though listed in their library none of the commands worked so I had to teach the remote the correct commands - Same with my McIntosh and Auralic gear - On my Roku Ultra it didn't have any direct streaming buttons (NetFlix, Amazon, Hulu etc) and it had a hard time learning them but Harmony Tech Support stepped up and added them for me - So depending on your components with patience and perseverance you should be able to get the commends working Getting the Harmony Hub Model to single click activate components in front of you and a projector on the ceiling behind you is a different story - That's a 50/50 shot - Harmony remotes have a notoriously narrow field of ir transmission compared to other remotes - You'll have to try it and see if it works in your room - A lot of folks with overhead projectors seem to favor URC remotes ... a bit more money but a lot more capabilities - The URC 820 is a comperable model for a single room remote Good Luck
