• On mine because I have Xfinity, I hit info and usually the xfinity bar pops up and then you can arrow over to the funtion you need. Hope that helps. the color bars.

• to jump forward and backward.....hold the fast forward or rewind button for a couple seconds.....it will pulse to let you know it jumped forward or backward
