“Does the Hub have to be visible to the remote to work, or can the hub be placed out of line of sight in a cabinet?”

• The hub and the remote do not need line of sight to each other to work. I think they run off of WiFi or Bluetooth.

• The short answer is “No” - the Hub can be placed in a cabinet, behind closed doors. It does not have to be visible to the remote to work.
