That isn’t what I was looking for. I wasn’t clear enough. I can not go through the receiver. The multi region DVD player connects to hdmi 4 and the audio must be routed through the tv internal speakers. I can play the foreign discs via the harmony remote except I have to change the audio with the tv remote. LG Smart TV.

In example, if you'd like to turn on your LG Smart TV with your Audio Receiver and specific speakers connected to that receiver, you can program that to happen all at once by pressing one button on the remote. If you'd like to control different audio sources on the receiver individually, you'll be able to do that as well by programming a button to control your Audio Receiver by itself. - Mathieu from Logitech
