• Yes the LED spotlights can be turned off. It works good with the infrared at night, but in black n white

• Yes, the LED light can be disabled. When there is insufficient light for recording the cameras use an infrared light . This is not visible to human eyes. Video with infrared is black and white, and the resolution is. It as high as it is with visible light.
