• The cameras are capable of 4k and the video captured and stored on the local DVR hard drive can be 4k. If you have a 4k monitor attached to the DVR then the images you see will be in 4k. If however you are using remote access and streaming the video to a tablet, pc or phone then the video you see is a sub stream and of a lower resolution.
