• A:Answer Apple updates their Mac OS for free every year. So it will come with the Mac OS that is out today Monterey, but Ventura will be out very soon. Within that it has the normal free apple productivity tools (their version of office) and typical App Store apps, along with iMessage, FaceTime, and other apple grown programs.

• A:Answer No. I have not bought it, but there hasn't been a MacBook model with a touch screen yet. I own a MacBook, (Not the M1 Air) and there isn't a touch screen on it either. You can watch reviews of the MacBook Air on YouTube and you will know for sure that there is no touch screen.
