No. I have not bought it, but there hasn't been a MacBook model with a touch screen yet. I own a MacBook, (Not the M1 Air) and there isn't a touch screen on it either. You can watch reviews of the MacBook Air on YouTube and you will know for sure that there is no touch screen.
