MacBook is the only device that natively supports MacOS. It is well known, however, that if you're willing to purchase specific hardware and build a PC, you can make a "Hackintosh," but for ease of use, I don't recommend it. Bottomline Upfront: Macs are the only devices that can natively support MacOS. MacOS is not like Windows: you can't install it on just any device due to how MacOS handles drivers, sound cards, GPUs, etc.

They do all the design in house and work in a cohesive team on each release and update to a MacBook. Other companies throw off the shelf parts into a plastic and cheap chassis and sell them for cheap and then don’t support them. MacBooks also use MacOS which is Apples operating system. You can do everything you can do with windows just have to learn it’s layout (which is much easier AND similar if that makes sense) I will attach a photo of what the desktop on my MacBook Air looks like.
