Yes! You just have to look online for the one with this core processor and make sure you download markdown and studio.

I am not familiar with R Studio, but after a quick look at their home page, I saw that they are a Linux-based product. Sine the MacBook has an Apple iOS operating system, (I think) you would need to set-up a Linux virtual machine on your laptop to install/run R studio.
