“Can tv be left on pull down position all the time or is it better to push back to up position when not watching?”

• we leave pull down position most of the time and have not experience any issue.

• it can be left in pull down position or in the raised position. either is acceptable, the unit will move whenever you want to reposition it . Very convenient
