I thought this was supposed to come with beta access and come out three days earlier the date shows the regular edition null

Best Buy shows now that you should automatically get a digital download for beta access when you pre-order now but I haven't gotten a code. Live chat is full all the time and call back times are 2+ hours, so good luck. I pre-ordered in April the Marvel's Avengers Deluxe Edition - PlayStation 4

The customer support on this has been awful. I have completely gotten the run around on this and the “support” person on the 800 number has hung up on us twice. We will no longer be preordering games with Best Buy, but rather buying them digitally through the gaming system.
