- Answer Hi John, we do not manufacture any stack kits to be used like this. We have never tested other models for safety or compatibility when stacking other manufacturers dryers on the MHW3505FW. The unit can be stacked with MGD/MED3500FW with PN W10869845 Stack Kit Hope this helps!

QuestionMaytag says yes, a control board for this washer priced $600 is in fact $300-400. Am I missing something? With labor wouldn't that make that repair cost $400-500, almost as much as the new washer. Can the rest of the washer at $100-200 be any good?

QuestionIs there no way to control the size of the load? If I want to wash a single shirt is the wash time the same as if I was washing a full load? We just purchased this machine and this has been bothering us! Thanks!

- Answer We just got our Maytag front loader a week ago. I wondered about the same thing. I finally decided that the washer can measure how much water it takes to get the clothes in washer load wet. From that information the washer can tell how big the load of clothes is and adjust the total water level. I'm not sure I'm right on this but the washer uses so much less than our old top loader that I decided to not think about it anymore.
